By accessing or using this website (“Dulcet”, “we”, “our”), including buying any frames or other products we sell on the site (“Products”) or other services provided by us (“Services”), collectively the “Site”, you represent that:

  1. You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms of use, and
  1. you are of legal age to form this contract with Dulcet.

The term “You” refers to the individual or legal entity (as applicable) identified as the user when you registered on the Site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

Please note that these Terms may be subject to change by us at our sole discretion at any time.

When we make changes, we will post them here.

We may require you to provide consent to the updated Terms in a specified manner before further use of the Site or the Services is permitted.

If you do not agree the changes after receiving a notice of such changes, you shall stop using the Site. Otherwise, your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Our platform at www.dulcet.me allows you to take advantage of various Products and Services provided by us. These Products and Services are presented here in a short summary:

  • You can upload digital copies of works (e.g. photographs) onto our platform.
  • You can order prints of the uploaded works, also including framing, to be provided by us for your.

For reasons of clarity, these Terms and Conditions are divided into three parts:

  1. concerns all general provisions and rules for use of our online service.
  1. concerns the return policy.
  1. contains general concluding provisions.

General Provisions

Who can register?

By using the Services in our Site, you represent and warrant that:

Registration is restricted to natural persons of full age and legal capacity, legal persons, or partnerships. In particular, minors are not permitted to register. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

We must ask that all information requested upon registration is entered completely and correctly, e.g.

  • first name and surname,
  • current address (not a post-office box),
  • telephone number,
  • a valid e-mail address and,
  • where necessary, your VAT registration number(s) and indication of any applicable VAT rules.

You shall not:

  • select or use as a username an email of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or
  • use any email that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

To complete registration, registration may only be made by a natural person with the necessary authority. This person must be named.

You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of the parent or guardian before transferring us any information, including images, of any children.

On registration, a user name and password must be selected. The user name must not infringe the rights of third parties (in particular copyright or trademark rights). Further, the username must not be misleading and must not be contrary to public policy or break the law. We shall be at liberty to define formal rules and restrictions for new user names and to reject existing user names.

We shall be entitled, though not obliged, to check the validity of all indications made.

If we believe or suspect that your information is not true, accurate, current or complete, we may deny or terminate your access to the Site or Services (or any portion thereof).

The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by Dulcet.

Passwords must be kept confidential and account access must be safeguarded. You shall be compelled to inform us without delay, should any suspicion arise concerning misuse of the account by third parties.

Should any or all of the information indicated at registration subsequently change, it shall be incumbent upon you to correct the information without delay.

If someone accesses our Site or Services using your Account Information, we will rely on that Account Information and will assume that it is really you or your representative who is accessing the Site and Services.

How are our services provided?

Availability

We ask for your understanding that we are only able to make the Dulcet website and its functions available for use within the limits and scope of current technology.

Maintenance

For reasons of further development and security as well as in the interests of an error-free service, we shall undertake regular maintenance work on our system.

To this end, and with due regard to your interests, we shall be entitled temporarily to interrupt or restrict the provision of our services.

Insofar as possible, such maintenance work shall be carried out in times of minimal use.

Should longer periods of interruption or restriction be necessary, we shall notify you provided that this is possible in light of all the circumstances and that such notification does not prejudice (or delay necessary repair) to any existing interruption of service.

System interference and breakdown

You will be aware that according to the current state of technology it is not possible for works to be made available for viewing on the internet entirely free of system interference and breakdown.

We therefore accept no liability for non-accessibility of works on account of technical problems with communication networks, security breaches by third parties (e.g. denial of service attacks) or incomplete and/or dated offers on proxy servers (temporary caches), where such is beyond our control.

Dulcet investigates violations and may involve, and cooperates with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any user who is involved in such violations.

Services such as printing, framing and mounting, etc..

This section concerns our services with regard to printing and framing of works carried out by us at your request.

What services do we provide?

On the digital submissions (Images), we prepare physical prints, that is, the digital data are reproduced on to a material which may then be framed.

We make efforts to display our Products and their colors as accurately as possible. Having said that, the displayed colors of the Products will depend upon your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the Products.

Workflow, production clearance

When you place an Order on our Site for a specific Service(s) or Product(s), you will select your Services or Products and provide your Payment information and we will process your payment at the time that you place your Order.

The image that you wish to have framed is referred to herein as your “Artwork”.

If you are providing Dulcet with a digital copy of your Artwork, please upload the digital file of the Artwork to the Site. Dulcet will print such Artwork and frame such Artwork solely according to your specifications as set forth on the Site.

Upon receipt of your Artwork, we will frame your Artwork using the Products set forth in your Order.

Following completion of the framing of your Artwork, we will send to you your framed Artwork (the “Final Product”).

A contract of sale shall not be concluded until we send the ordered product to you.

The costs of delivery shall be invoiced. The extent of delivery costs will be indicated on order.

Should any taxes or excise duties be incurred when the delivery to a country outside Qatar, all such costs shall be borne by you.

All delivery deadlines indicated by us are non-binding. We shall be entitled to make part delivery as needed.

Artwork Content Restrictions

It is our goal to make access to our Site and Services a good experience for all of our users.

you agree that you will not transmit, submit or upload any Artwork Content or act in any way that:

  • violates the legal rights of others;
  • infringes (or results in the infringement of) the intellectual property, moral, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • that involves or in furtherance of any (or you reasonably believe or should reasonably believe to be) stolen, illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, pirated, unauthorized material, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), threatening, or violent activity,
  • imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; or
  • posts, stores, transmits, offers, or solicits anything that contains the following, or that you know contains links to the following or to locations that in turn contain links to the following:

material that we determine to be offensive (including material promoting or glorifying hate, violence, bigotry, or any entity past or present principally dedicated to such causes or items associated with such an entity),

material that is racially or ethnically sensitive, or that is defamatory, harassing or threatening,

pornography or obscene material, and anything depicting children in sexually suggestive situations whether or not depicting actual children or may be harmful to a minor,

seeks to harm or exploit children in any way including by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for Personal Information or otherwise;

anything that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law or regulation or is otherwise inappropriate or offensive.

If you do submit an Artwork that contains the likeness of an identifiable individual under the age of eighteen (18), we strongly encourage you not to include any identifying information (such as the individual’s name or address) with such Artwork.

Dulcet reserves the right, but is not obligated, to reject and/or remove any Artwork that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.

In the event of such rejection, you will be refunded for any amount actually received by Dulcet for the cancelled order, less any applicable fees.

What remuneration do we receive for our services?

The remuneration for our services is calculated to the current price list available for viewing at dulcet.me and as specified within the order process.

We shall at all times be entitled to change the price list for future orders without prior notification.

Unless otherwise set forth on the Site, the prices do not include sales taxes or any other taxes that we are required to add to your Order. Such taxes will be added to your total purchase price, if applicable.

How does billing work?

dulcet.me is part of Dnqlh Website Services Co.

The buyer pays the sale price by credit card or any other manner then available on the Site.

Purchase order will decline in case the buyer’s account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the order.

We assume that because Orders require a valid credit card, only persons age 18 or over are placing Orders, and providing us with the information requested during the Order process, so we shall not be liable in the event others acting with or without your permission use your credit card or other means of payment to make purchases on the Site

Retention of title

You own the Images you upload to the Site and all intellectual property rights related thereto. Dulcet will use the Images only for the purposes of providing the Services.

Ownership of the works produced shall remain vested in Dulcet until we send the ordered product to you.

Dulcet owns the Products and the Services, including all worldwide intellectual property rights, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein registered and unregistered. All trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of Dulcet or any third party.

By submitting or uploading any Artwork and/or Images, you grant Dulcet limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, and print such Artwork and/or Images on the Product(s).

Performance of contract and third party rights

We shall assume that you hold all necessary property rights with respect to your works free of all encumbrances from third parties.

Duty to safeguard information

Before communication of your mandate to us, it shall be incumbent upon you to make a backup copy of all sent data contents.

Should you fail to make such security backups and damage or loss is incurred within the scope of this mandate, we shall not be liable for any damage which could otherwise have been avoided, had a security backup copy been made.

We are committed to privacy about collect and secure your Personal Information (as much as we can take reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures designed to maintain the integrity and security of our Website and its Services.).

What you should do if you objection our services?

You shall inspect the consignments without delay upon delivery within the proper course of business and shall make written notification to us of any defects without delay.

In all cases, notification of all manifest defects must be made within one week. For the calculation of this time limit, the date of delivery and the date of receipt of notification of defect are decisive.

In case of any objection, all documentation with respect to the contract must be made available to us. Failure to do so may result in delay to the assessment and processing of the notification of defect.

Defects in part of the delivery do not justify objection to the entire delivery, save in the case that partial delivery is of no interest.

What guarantees applies to our services?

We want you to be happy with your Product(s). In case of defect, we shall be entitled, at our option and within a reasonable period, to make new delivery or to repair the defect. Should the attempt to deliver a new or to repair the defect be unsuccessful, you shall be entitled your option either to rescind the contract or to demand an appropriate reduction in price.

The papers, dyes, chemicals and other materials used in our materials and manufacturing processes may show trivial changes over time. These changes may be different from one production batch to another. Such discrepancies in product characteristics shall not form sufficient basis for defect.

Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you would not be satisfied with your product, simply contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Your name
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • Some pictures of the issue(s)

Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

We are unable to exchange or refund your order for customer created errors such as color differences between your computer and our calibrated printing systems, typos and misspellings, poor image quality or low resolution, layout errors and missing images, blank pages or mistakes in product design, content quality, product selection mistakes (i.e. product size or style).

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

We reserve the right to request that your return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint; take no action; or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning delivery if the goods delivered are as ordered or for any bank charges resulting from return product.

Procedure if replacement is unavailable

In the unlikely event that the material needed for the production of your order is unavailable we will contact you immediately and, if possible, give an approximate delivery date or suggest alternate product options.

General Concluding Provisions

These Terms, and your rights and obligations hereunder, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without Dulcet’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void.

Electronic Communications

We can only give you our service by conducting business through the Internet, and therefore we need you to consent to our giving you Communications electronically.

For contractual purposes, you:

  • consent to receive communications from us in an electronic form; and
  • agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, documents, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement if it were in writing.

Your consent to receive Communications and do business electronically, and our agreement to do so, applies to all of your interactions and transactions with us.

Please keep us informed of any changes in your email or address so that you continue to receive all Communications without interruption.

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us in [email protected]

If you withdraw your consent, from that time forward, you must stop using the Site and Services.

What happens on breach or infringement of third party rights?

Should there exist concrete reasons to believe that you have contravened legal provisions, infringed third party rights or breached these General Contract Terms and Conditions, or should we have any other legitimate interest, in particular the protection of other users from deception or fraud, the following measures shall be open to us:

  • User caution
  • Limitation/restriction of use of the online service provided by Dulcet
  • Temporary blockage
  • Definitive blockage

In the choice of measure applied, we shall take into account your legitimate interests wherever possible.

We shall be entitled to ban all use of the Dulcet website (definitive blockage), where:

  • you have entered incorrect contact details, in particular an incorrect or invalid e-mail address;
  • you cause considerable damage to use, in particular where our services are abused;
  • you breach these General Contract Terms and Conditions;
  • for any other good reason exists (at our sole discretion).

Following definitive blockage, no return policy of access to our service shall exist. Any use of the Dulcet website, shall be prohibited. Re-registration is not allowed.

System integrity of the Dulcet website

  • All use of mechanisms, software or other scripts capable of disrupting the function of the Dulcet website when used in conjunction with this website shall be prohibited.
  • All use which may result in an unreasonable or excessive burden on Dulcet infrastructure is prohibited, or otherwise cause disruption to the functioning of the website.
  • Contents held on the Dulcet website may not be copied or disseminated, nor may they be used or re-produced in any other form, without prior consent from the right holder.

What is the place of jurisdiction for this contract?

These Contract Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of Qatar.

the Service shall be deemed as passive one that does not give to jurisdiction over Dulcet, either specific or general, in any jurisdiction other than Qatar.

For what term will the Terms and Conditions apply?

The Terms and Conditions shall apply for the entire term of the contractual relationship between you and Dulcet.

They will also apply for all future transactions and other business matters, without requiring a renewed confirmation in each individual case, until they are amended or the contractual relationship has been terminated.

How can we amend the General Terms and Conditions?

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without explanation.

In such case, we will explicitly notify you on our Webpage of the amended General Terms and Conditions. Your agreement will be required before any amendments are to take effect.

لن يتم الانتهاء من عقد البيع إلا بعد أن نرسل إليك المنتج المطلوب.

أنت توافق على أنك لن تنقل أو ترسل أو تحمل أي محتوى فني أو تتصرف بأي طريقة من شأنها:

أي شيء يشجع على سلوك يمكن اعتباره جريمة جنائية، أو يؤدي إلى المسؤولية المدنية، أو ينتهك أي قانون أو لائحة أو يكون غير مناسب أو مسيء بأي شكل آخر

إذا قمت بإرسال عمل فني يحتوي على صورة فرد يمكن التعرف عليه دون سن الثامنة عشرة (18)، فنحن نشجعك بشدة على عدم تضمين أي معلومات تعريفية (مثل اسم الفرد أو عنوانه) مع هذا العمل الفني.

تحتفظ Dulcet بالحق، ولكنها ليست ملزمة، برفض و/أو إزالة أي عمل فني نعتقد، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، أنه ينتهك هذه الأحكام.

لدينا الحق في جميع الأوقات في تغيير قائمة الأسعار للطلبات المستقبلية دون إشعار مسبق.

ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك على الموقع، فإن الأسعار لا تشمل ضرائب المبيعات أو أي ضرائب أخرى يتعين علينا إضافتها إلى طلبك. سيتم إضافة هذه الضرائب إلى سعر الشراء الإجمالي، إذا كان ذلك ينطبق.

كيف تتم عملية الفوترة؟

dulcet.me هو جزء من شركة دنقلة لخدمات المواقع الإلكترونية.

يقوم المشتري بدفع ثمن البيع عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان أو أي طريقة أخرى متاحة على الموقع.

سيتم رفض طلب الشراء في حالة عدم وجود رصيد كافي في حساب المشتري لإتمام الطلب.

تنفيذ العقد وحقوق الطرف الثالث

نحن نفترض أنك تمتلك جميع حقوق الملكية اللازمة فيما يتعلق بأعمالك خالية من أي أعباء من أطراف ثالثة.

واجب حماية المعلومات

قبل إبلاغنا بتفويضك، يتعين عليك عمل نسخة احتياطية لجميع محتويات البيانات المرسلة.

ماذا يجب عليك فعله إذا كنت تعترض على خدماتنا؟

إن وجود عيوب في جزء من التسليم لا يبرر الاعتراض على التسليم بأكمله، إلا في حالة عدم وجود فائدة في التسليم الجزئي.

ما هي الضمانات التي تنطبق على خدماتنا؟

نريدك أن تكون سعيدًا بمنتجك (منتجاتك). في حالة وجود عيب، يحق لنا، حسب اختيارنا وفي غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، إجراء تسليم جديد أو إصلاح العيب. في حالة فشل محاولة تسليم منتج جديد أو إصلاح العيب، يحق لك خيار إلغاء العقد أو المطالبة بتخفيض مناسب في السعر.


قد تظهر على الأوراق والأصباغ والمواد الكيميائية والمواد الأخرى المستخدمة في موادنا وعمليات التصنيع تغيرات طفيفة بمرور الوقت. وقد تختلف هذه التغيرات من دفعة إنتاج إلى أخرى. ولا تشكل مثل هذه التناقضات في خصائص المنتج أساسًا كافيًا لوجود عيب.


رضا العملاء وسياسة الإرجاع

الأحكام الختامية العامة

لا يجوز لك التنازل عن هذه الشروط، وحقوقك والتزاماتك بموجبها، أو التعاقد من الباطن عليها أو تفويضها أو نقلها بأي شكل آخر دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة من Dulcet، وأي محاولة للتنازل أو التعاقد من الباطن أو التفويض أو النقل في انتهاك لما سبق ستكون باطلة ولاغية.

لا يمكننا أن نقدم لك خدماتنا إلا من خلال إجراء الأعمال عبر الإنترنت، ولذلك نحتاج إلى موافقتك على أن نقدم لك الاتصالات إلكترونيًا.

لأغراض تعاقدية، أنت:

  • الموافقة على تلقي الاتصالات منا بشكل إلكتروني؛ و

ما هي الجهة القضائية المختصة بهذا العقد؟

ستخضع شروط وأحكام العقد هذه بموجب القانون القطري.

تعتبر الخدمة سلبية ولا تمنح أي سلطة قضائية على Dulcet، سواء كانت محددة أو عامة، في أي سلطة قضائية أخرى غير قطر.

لأي مدة سيتم تطبيق الشروط والأحكام؟

ستطبق الشروط والأحكام على كامل مدة العلاقة التعاقدية بينك وبين Dulcet.

وتطبق هذه القواعد أيضًا على جميع المعاملات المستقبلية وغيرها من المسائل التجارية، دون الحاجة إلى تأكيد متجدد في كل حالة على حدة، حتى يتم تعديلها أو إنهاء العلاقة التعاقدية.

كيف يمكننا تعديل الشروط والأحكام العامة؟

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إبداء أي تفسير.

في هذه الحالة، سوف نخطرك صراحةً على صفحتنا الإلكترونية بالشروط والأحكام العامة المعدلة. وسوف تكون موافقتك مطلوبة قبل أن تدخل أي تعديلات حيز التنفيذ.
